A lot of people confuse an OBE(out of body experience) with astral and other travel. It is however not the same thing. OBE – one example is scrying or remote viewers, that is OBE, nothing else. Another example of OBE is seeing your body during sleep/floating above it.
The reason OBE is not astral or anything else is because you are literally out of your body but still on the physical realm. It can of course be very useful, and normally is a lot less dangerous than going into a realm.
Some of the dangers can include – random creatures, other folk OBE, going into a high energy area/group doing a circle or some such, as well as the possibility of going farther than you can handle and getting lost from your body.
Most of the time, to train OBE and how far you can go, is simply by getting it down pat at doing it in your room and exploring your own room for up to a month, than slowly expanding into the house, from their to the block, and slowly go farther. You will normally feel odd, sick, like you are hitting a wall or walking thru water if you hit your limit range to try and get you to not go farther.
Achieving OBE can be easy and hard at the same time, most people will do it at least once on accident, but how to practice and train to be able to do it on command? The best way is thru meditation. Once you have been doing meditation for awhile( you have been doing it like we discussed in the group chats months ago right?) you can focus on entering the meditative state, and feeling your mind leaving your body. You should feel some odd sensations and open your eyes and be able to see around you and your body. Although it takes practice, mediation is the first step, the foundation. This is starting the frame upon the foundation and will also lead to other things you can do down the road.
