I was taught an older and more dangerous technique to heal or at least try to heal others. It puts one’s own self at risk to do so. It is pretty simple to do so let us begin on how it is done.
First, look at the person and find where the illness or pain is. Visualize where it is in their body. Distinguish the location of the illness from the rest of the body. Color coding for this works well.
Visualize their body and inside of it, like bones, veins, and internal organs according to how it looks like anatomically.
For example let us say they have a migraine.
Where it hurts or where the migraine is (the portion of the brain it is coming from) you should see it as pulsing red. Ilnesses also often manifests as black.
Next, touch them. Make a temporary connection then pull at the illness or pain, and through where you are touching/the connection, into yourself.
It can take time and effort but once done it should be in you and out of them. You may immediately start taking on the symptoms. This is where the tricky part comes in. Get it out of you quickly before any dire effects set in and without passing it on to others.
I’ve found that the best way is to–this is a bit gross–push it into your gut and throw it up. To do this, one takes the illness in them like how they pulled it out of the other person and pushes it all down into the gut rather forcefully by using their energy. Then throw it all up.
This technique follows the laws of equivalent exchange. Helping rid the person of said issue but putting it inside yourself instead. If the migraine was the issue, it would become your issue soon after in the same fashion it was an issue for them, if not expelled.
